Retail Sales Associate

J.G. Uniforms is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! We are a long-standing uniform company located at 5949 W. Irving Park Rd., Chicago, IL 60634 (Portage Park).
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Process and fulfill customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Being a good listener and attentive to customers’ needs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
